About Me

With a background in primary education, I’ve seen how the experiences we have early in life can stay with us and shape us as adults. This insight strengthens my work as a clinical hypnotherapist in Leicester, where I provide hypnotherapy for anxiety, helping clients of all ages with genuine empathy as they navigate anxiety, burnout, confidence blocks, or long-standing patterns that no longer feel helpful.

Although education is a significant part of my experience, my work extends far beyond the school environment. I support people from all backgrounds, professions, and life stages, each bringing their own challenges, goals, and personal histories. Whether someone is dealing with stress, anxiety, habits, low confidence, or simply feeling stuck, hypnotherapy offers a flexible and effective way to create meaningful change.

My years as an teacher mean I understand the pressures on both sides of the school gate: the emotional load teachers carry, the stress children feel as they try to meet expectations, and the quiet weight parents hold as they support everyone else. Because of this, I’m especially passionate about providing mental health support to parents, children, and educators as they move through challenges together.

Living through the realities of workload pressure, empathy fatigue, and constant responsibility is one of the reasons I wanted to help people in a deeper, more personal way than was possible within the classroom. I’ve always been fascinated by the mind and the brain, and that curiosity naturally led me to hypnotherapy as a gentle, effective way to facilitate personal development and meaningful change.

Alongside my teaching experience, I’m a GHR-registered clinical hypnotherapist, a trained life coach, and hold a Master's with Distinction in Psychology. I work to recognised professional standards and offer a safe, ethical space for clients of all ages seeking support with anxiety, stress, confidence, habits, or emotional wellbeing.

My approach is personalised and compassionate. I shape each session around what you want to achieve and the pace that feels right for you. I aim to create a calm, supportive environment where you can explore what’s been holding you back and begin to move forward with confidence.
